AQ Shopping ships to customers globally. Please be advised of the following regarding international shipments:

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active and searchable within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

  • AQ Shopping is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

6. Damages, Loss, and Missing Items

AQ Shopping is not liable for products damaged or lost during the transit process.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence for your claim.

  • If your tracking information indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting our support team.
